MACRO and CLOSE UP

(e.g.,Insects, Animals, Flowers, Underwater scenes, Water droplets, Textiles, Jewelry, Coins, Culinary, Close-ups of various products…

ARCHITECTURE

(Photos taken with artistic rules in mind, such as lighting, composition, color, line, etc.)

(e.g. Abandoned Architecture, Houses or Structures, Buildings, Industrial, Interiors, Skyscrapers, Bridges, Historical Monuments, Facades and Entrances, Ancient Interiors, Industrial Architecture, Futuristic Architecture, Archaeological Ruins, Stations and Transport Terminals…)

NATURE / LANDSCAPE

PHOTOJOURNALISM

Digital retouching should be limited to basic adjustments (contrast, cropping, etc.). Excessive manipulation are not allowed.

They should highlight social, political, economic, or cultural aspects of our world, public personalities, documentaries, and reportage, showcasing current events or everyday life situations that deserve to be seen and understood by a wide audience.)

MISCELLANEOUS

A photograph that does not fit into any of the other sub-categories.
